A feeding bottle for premature babies comprising a hollow cylindrical bottle body with threaded neck, a circular collar screwably connected to said threaded neck, a feeding bottle nipple mounted on said circular collar, and closure cap fitted to said circular collar enclosing said feeding bottle nipple, characterized in that said nipple is provided with conical main body, a dispensing end projecting said conical main body having a smaller diameter that would easily fit the small mouth of the premature babies.
