PURPOSE: A processing method of Synurus deltoides is provided to improve the storage property and preserving quality of the Synurus deltoides, and to enable users to easily use the processed Synurus deltoids.CONSTITUTION: A processing method of Synurus deltoides comprises the following steps: heating fresh Synurus deltoides in boiling water for 5-30 minutes hot-air drying the Synurus deltoides at 40-90 deg C crushing the dried Synurus deltoides and freezing the crushed Synurus deltoides at 10-70 deg. C below zero.
