PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilization installation capable of safely disposing of defective articles (insufficiently sterilized containers) even when being speeded up.SOLUTION: An electron beam sterilization installation 10 which sterilizes a container by irradiation of electron beams while conveying the container includes: an electron beam irradiation device which irradiates the container with the electron beams and a rejection device 31 which discharges an electron beam irradiation insufficiently sterilized container (defective article b). The rejection device 31 includes a conduit pipe 39 for guiding the defective article b, a storage body 37 which temporarily stores the defective article b guided by the conduit pipe 39 and a disposal bag 33 for disposing of the defective article b temporarily stored by the storage body 37. A take-out port 72 for taking-out the defective article b temporarily stored is formed on the storage body 37. The disposal bag 33 is arranged so as to tightly close the take-out port 72.
