PURPOSE: A producing method of a red pepper paste mixture containing cedrela sinensis shoots is provided to enable eaters to eat the cedrela sinensis shoots without frying.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a red pepper paste mixture comprises the following steps: mixing red pepper paste with glutinous rice flour and adding 10-50% of cedrela sinensis shoots or cedrela sinensis shoot slices into the mixture. The size of the cedrela sinensis shoot slices is 0.5-10cm.
