The descending current diffusion belt is a pyramid or a cone shaped formation. An opening/closing type diffusion passage unit(400) is combined to the bottom of the air guiding pipe, and includes plural supporters(410). More than two upper supporters are installed on the upper side of the air guiding pipe with more air inflow fans.
