The opening and closing guide apparatus for a vinyl greenhouse includes: a frame unit including multiple vertical and horizontal frames arranged to be vertical to each other； a vinyl support pad unit which is arranged along the frame unit and fixes opening vinyl units； the opening vinyl units for opening and closing the windows of the vinyl greenhouse； and opening and closing pipes which can be wound around the opening vinyl units and released from the opening vinyl units to rotate and move along the upper end of the frame unit.
