PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article suppressing leakage of a loose passage from a back side, and reducing an amount of a loose passage left on a skin side sheet.SOLUTION: An absorbent article (1) comprises: an absorber (2)； a skin side sheet (3)； and an intermediate sheet (4) arranged between the absorber (2) and the skin side sheet (3). The skin side sheet (3) comprises: a first surface region (31) which is formed into a first surface shape, and the skin side sheet (3) comprises a second surface region (32) formed into a second surface shape. The first surface region (31) has an arrangement region (33) overlapped to the intermediate sheet (4) from a skin side, and a non-arrangement region (34) not overlapped to the intermediate sheet (4).
