PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake production rotary table capable of performing various kinds of processing works to piece of cut cake cut from whole cake, without transfer work to a belt conveyor.SOLUTION: A cake production rotary table 1 comprises: a support table 3 an operation plate 11 rotatably supported on the support table, and receiving operation plural rotary movable carriages 13 for forming a mount surface for mounting whole cake, and respectively mounting piece of cut cake cut from the whole cake, thereon and arrangement plates 12 attached to above the operation plate 11 so as to freely rotate to the operation plate 11, and on the top surface, the plural rotary movable carriages 13 are rotatably disposed respectively.
