Provided is a neutron capture therapy system with which operating efficiency of the entire system can be improved. The neutron capture therapy system is provided with: an accelerator (11) for emitting a charged particle beam (P); irradiation chambers (30A, 30B) which are each provided with a chamber interior capable of having a patient (S) disposed therein; neutron beam output units (12A, 12B) which are irradiated with the charged particle beam (P) from the accelerator (11), and which generate neutron beams (N); a beam transport passage (13) in which a traveling direction of the charged particle beam (P) is switched to selectively emit the charged particle beam (P) towards the neutron beam output units (12A, 12B); preparation chambers (50A, 50B) which are provided, in a parallel manner, to each of the irradiation chambers (30A, 30B); treatment tables (80) which are configured so as to be capable of moving between the irradiation chambers (50A, 50B) and the preparation chambers (50A, 50B); and a management chamber (70) which is provided so as to be adjacent to both preparation chambers (50A, 50B). The management chamber (70) is provided with a control device (71) which controls the beam transport passage (13) such that one of the neutron beam output units (12A, 12B) corresponding to one of the irradiation chambers (30A, 30B) having the patient (S) disposed therein is irradiated with the charged particle beam (P).L'invention fournit un système de thérapie par capture de neutrons permettant d'augmenter la fonctionnalité de l'ensemble du système.
