The fishing device consists of an under water frame, which is linked to the fishing boat, which displaces the frame along the sea bed. The under water frame carries a guide and suction head (3), which is situated towards the front of the frame, and which under the effect of speed and its shape, causes a light pressure zone, which directs the aquatic life, from the sea bed, on to a platform (11), which is situated at a fixed distance behind the head. A carrier (2), above and in front of the suction head, forms the support for the upper edge of the net (9), and enables the life forms, passing above the suction head, to be captured. A transporter duct (4) conveys the life forms, captured by both devices, from the under water frame to the boat.
