The present invention relates to an air mattress which can be used for relaxing, sleeping, or preventing a pressure ulcer. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a mattress body which is inflatable by air injection； a plurality of supports provided inside the mattress body to adjust a degree of maximum expansion； and an injection module for injecting air through at least one injection port formed in the mattress body, and selectively injecting hot air or cold air.
