<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cutting fish roe fibrous membrane automatically and continuously removing fibrous membrane parts adhering to each of fish roe granules separated from ovarian membrane by a device for continuously separating fish roe so as to produce fish roe granules having high commercial value. ??<P>SOLUTION: The device for cutting fish roe fibrous membrane is set up to a device for continuously separating fish roe with an ovarian membrane including a lot of fish roe granules into the ovarian membrane and a lot of separated fish roe granules.
