PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dairy product having a favorable texture without roughness, excellent in emulsion stability.SOLUTION: The dairy product is produced by homogenizing an acidic milk composition having a nonfat milk solids content of 4 to 8 mass%, with a milk fat content of 0.5 to 1.7 times the mass of nonfat milk solids content, at 30 to 50°C.
