The present invention provides a fish spawning device comprising: a floating body having buoyancy to be disposed while floating on water； a plurality of spawning frames disposed in water while being connected with the floating body, and having net structures disposed to be longitudinally separated from each other； a plurality of connection chains for connecting the outer edge parts of the spawning frames； a spawning frame disposed between the spawning frame disposed at the topmost end and the spawning frame disposed at the bottommost end from the spawning frames to have one end connected with a spawning frame disposed at the uppermost end and the other end extended to a bottom direction of the spawning frames； a plurality of spawning ropes connected while being penetrated through the spawning frame disposed at the bottommost end； a vibration generator disposed in water while being connected with the bottom end of a connection chain disposed at one side thereof, and having buoyancy for shaking the connection chain according to the flow of a fluid in water； a weight increasing member connected with the bottom end of each of the spawning ropes, and increasing the dead load of each of the spawning ropes to make the spawning ropes strainedly maintained in water； and a fixed weight disposed on the bottom bed of water while being connected with the spawning frame disposed at the bottommost end, and maintaining the position of the spawning frames in water.본 발명은, 수면 상에 부유상태로 배치되도록 부력을 가지는 부유체, 부유체에 연결된 상태로 수중에 배치하며, 상하 방향으로 상호 이격되게 배치하는 그물망 구조를 가지는 복수의 산란프레임, 복수의 산란프레임 외측 테두리 부분을 상호 연결시키는 복수의 연결체인, 일단은 산란프레임 중에서 최상단에 배치된 산란프레임에 연결되며, 타단은 산란프레임의 하방으로 연장 배치되도록 최상단에 배치된 산란프레임과 최하단에 배치된 산란프레임 사이에 위치하는 산란프레임 및, 최하단에 배치된 산란프레임을 관통상태로 연결되게 설치하는 복수의 산란로프, 일측에 위치하는 연결체인의 하단에 연결된 상태로 수중에 배치하며, 수중에서의 유체 흐름에 따라 연결체인을 흔들리게 하는 부력을 가지는 진동발생체, 복수의 산란로프 하단에 각각 연결 설치되어, 수중에서 산란로프가 팽팽하게 유지되도록 산란로프의 자중을 증대시키는 무게증대부재, 최하단에 배치된 산란프레임에 연결된 상태로 수중 바닥에 배치되어, 수중 상에서 산란프레임의 위치를 유지시키는 고정추를 포함하는 어
