PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher capable of being safely and rapidly placed on or let down from an ambulance car by providing a durable elastic member to the movable part of the front leg part of the stretcher and capable of being simply and quietly regulated in its height when a patient is housed in the stretcher or transferred to a bed.SOLUTION: A spring member 22 is provided between the movable part of the front leg auxiliary frame from the upper end part of the upper frame 11 of the stretcher and the movable part of the front leg auxiliary frame and a front leg frame. A spring cover 25 is mounted on the spring member when the spring member is provided not only to prevent the sound emitted during expansion and contraction of the spring member or the sound emitted when the spring member collides with the frame or horizontal U-shaped center rail 14 of the stretcher by the elastic force of the spring member but also to prevent clothing or ambulance cloth from being got between the movable parts during ambulance work.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【解決課題】耐久性のある弾性部材をストレッチャーの前脚部の可動部に着設して、ストレッチャーを救急車に安全に素早く載置したり、降ろしたりできると共に、患者を収容したり、ベッドに移し替える際に、ストレッチャーの高さを簡単に、静かに調節することができるストレッチャーを提供する。【解決手段】ストレッチャーの上部フレーム11の上端部から前脚補助フレーム可動部の間と前脚補助フレームと前脚フレームの可動部にばね部材22を着設した。このばね部材の着設時に、ばね部材にばねカバー25を装着することによって、ばねが伸縮時に発する音や、ばねの弾性力でばねがストレッチャーのフレームやコの字状のセンターレール14に当たって音を発するのを防いだり、救急作業中に衣類や救急用の布等が挟まるのを防ぐことができる。【選択図】 図3
