The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing smoked and seasoned seaweed laver, comprising: a seaweed laver transporting and heating unit which includes a main body casing, a transport conveyor, and a seaweed laver heater, wherein the main body casing has an incoming opening installed in the front thereof and an outgoing opening installed in the rear thereof, the transport conveyor is installed at a lower inner part of the main body casing to transport a tray on which a seaweed laver cut in a uniform size is placed on the top thereof from the incoming opening to the outgoing opening, and the seaweed laver heater is installed at an upper inner part of the main body casing to heat and roast the seaweed laver being transported a smoke generation unit which includes a roasting casing, a sesame seed heater, and a plurality of stirring means, wherein the roasting casing is installed at a lower part of the main body casing and having a predetermined distance therefrom to receive and store a uniform amount of sesame seeds, the sesame seed heater is installed at a lower part of the roasting casing to heat the sesame seeds, and the stirring means are installed at a uniform distance in the forward and backward directions inside the roasting casing, thereby generating smoke by stirring and frying the sesame seeds in the roasting casing and multiple smoke supply ducts which are installed at a uniform distance from each other in the forward and backward directions between a lower surface portion of the main body casing and an upper surface portion of the roasting casing while being communicated upwardly and downwardly, such that smoke rising from the roasting casing is supplied into the main body casing to make smoked aroma permeate into the seaweed laver being transported.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 전방에 투입구가 설치되고 후방에는 배출구가 설치된 본체케이싱이 구비되며 본체케이싱의 내측 하부에는 일정크기로 절단된 김이 올려지는 트레이를 투입구에서 배출구로 이송시키는 이송컨베이어가 설치되고 본체케이싱의 내측 상부에는 이송되는 김을 가열하여 굽기 위한 김가열히터가 설치된 김이송가열부와, 상기 본체케이싱
