The present invention relates to a drying device for agricultural, marine, and stock products, and a method for drying agricultural, marine, and stock products by using the same. In particular, primarily, agricultural, marine, and stock products are roughly dried through a microwave generator. Secondarily, the products are dried through radiant heat generated from a surface phase heater. High temperature and humid air generated from a drying step using radiant heat is re-used in drying agricultural, marine, and stock products after humidity is lowered by using a dehumidifying filter, so energy may be saved and drying may be performed at high quality. The drying device according to the present invention comprises: a housing having a microwave generator formed therein, and a surface phase heater formed therein； a bypass pipe coupled with and connected to an upper side and lower side of the housing, equipped with a dehumidifying filter formed in a middle side thereof, and equipped with a second opening and closing valve formed in a lower side of the dehumidifying filter； and a discharge pipe coupled with a lower middle side of the second opening and closing valve of the bypass pipe, and coupled with a first opening and closing valve in a middle side thereof.본 발명은 농수축산물용 건조장치 및 이를 이용한 농수축산물 건조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 1차적으로 마이크로파 발생기를 통하여 농수축산물을 애벌로 건조시킨 후, 2차적으로 면상발열체에서 발생되는 복사열을 통하여 건조시키되, 복사열을 이용한 건조과정에서 발생한 고온 다습한 공기를 제습필터를 이용하여 습기를 낮춘 후에 다시 농수축산물의 건조에 사용하여 에너지를 절감하면서도 고품질로 건조시킬 수 있는 농수축산물용 건조장치 및 이를 이용한 농수축산물 건조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 내측에 마이크로파 발생기가 구비되며 내측에 면상발열체가 구비되는 하우징； 상기 하우징의 상부 및 하부에 결합되어 연통되되, 중간부에 제습필터가 구비되고, 상기 제습필터의 하부에 구비되는 제2 개폐밸브로 구성되는 바이패스관； 및 상기 바이패스관의 제2 개폐밸브 하부 중간에 결합되되, 중간부에 제1 개폐밸브가 결합되는 배출관；을 포함한다.
