PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfort without interfering with the movement of a patient when attaching a module.SOLUTION: A module M1 includes: multiple bases 120 which are covered with an insulating resin 50 having flexibility and are provided on multiple conductor wires 32 respectively and multiple projecting electrodes 12 which are formed on the bases 120 and the ends of which are projected from the insulating resin 50 and are exposed. The bases 120 are interconnected with meandering wires 38 having spring properties and a meander shape.
