PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subsidiary chair for exercise capable of easily and safely being moved to a required position and capable of making the chair not to move carelessly from the required position.SOLUTION: The subsidiary chair for exercise 1 includes: a base plate 12 which is provided with a moving means on its bottom face and is arranged with a sitting face 15 on which a user sits on its upper face side a pair of arm rests 16 arranged through legs 13 stood on the base plate 12 exercise handles 18 each having a handle 182 on the upper part of a support 184, and having a contacting element 180 provided on the lower part of the support 184 so that it projects obliquely against a floor face, and the exercise handle 18 bringing the contacting element 180 into contact with the floor face or releasing it from the floor face by rotating the support 184 using the longitudinal direction of the support 184 as a rotating shaft and a stoppers 19 for fixing formed so that it is energized to bring it into contact with the floor face by an energizing member, and its contact with the floor face is released by a releasing handle 21 for the stopper for fixing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】所望の位置に容易且つ安全に移動させることができ、しかも椅子が不用意に所望の位置から動かないようにすることのできる運動用補助椅子を提供する。【解決手段】運動用補助椅子1は、底面に移動手段が設けられると共に、上面側には使用者が座る座面15が配置されたベースプレート12と、ベースプレート12に立設された脚13を介して配設された一対の肘掛け16と、支柱184の上部に把手182を有すると共に、床面に対して斜めに突出するようにして支柱184の下部に設けられた接触子180を有する運動ハンドル18であって、支柱184の長手方向を回転軸として支柱184を回転させることにより接触子180を床面に接触させ又は解除する運動ハンドル18と、付勢部材によって床面に接触可能に付勢されると共に、固定用ストッパ解除ハンドル21によって床面との接触が解除されるよう形成された固定用ストッパ19とを備えて構成される。【選択図】図1
