PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable carriage such as a cart, a wheelchair, and a baby-carriage, which is reformed so as to facilitate the start of movement thereof, and to prevent riding over level-different road, crossing over a partition line, and lateral slipping that hinders straight traveling on the tilted ground.SOLUTION: The movable carriage 100 is provided with a pair of the front wheels 7, 9, and rear wheels 11, 13 on the reverse surface of a carriage plate 1. Connection sections 7A, 9A, 11A, 13A are formed in the front and rear parts inside the front and rear wheels of the carriage plate, and rotating members 15, 17 are mounted rotatably thereto. Wheels 22 (23) are fitted on the lower part of the coupling section of the rotating members. The rotating members in the front and rear are coupled to a rotatable linking member 27.
