PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration for the treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration for the treatment of HCV infection that comprises a compound represented by the following structure or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which the HCV is HCV1b genotype. The salt is preferably dihydrochloride. One or two additional compounds having anti-HCV activity are preferably administrated before, after, or at the same time with administration of the composition. The additional composition is preferably selected from among interferon, ribavirin. interleukin 2, interleukin 6, interleukin 12, a compound that enhances the development of a type 1 helper T cell response, interfering RNA, anti-sense RNA, imiqimod, an inosine 5'-monophospate dehydrogenase inhibitor, amantadine, and rimantadine.【課題】Ｃ型肝炎ウイルス（ＨＣＶ）感染治療のための経口投与用医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】下記構造で示される化合物又はその医薬的に許容される塩を含み、該ＨＣＶがＨＣＶ１ｂ遺伝子型である、ＨＣＶ感染治療のための経口投与用医薬組成物。該塩は、二塩酸塩であることが好ましい。該組成物の投与より前、後、又はそれと同時に、抗ＨＣＶ活性を有する１つ若しくは２つの追加の化合物を投与することが好ましい。該追加の化合物としては、インターフェロン、リバビリン、インターロイキン２、インターロイキン６、インターロイキン１２、１型ヘルパーＴ細胞応答の発生を亢進する化合物、干渉ＲＮＡ、アンチセンスＲＮＡ、イミキモド、イノシン５’－一リン酸脱水素酵素阻害剤、アマンタジン及びリマンタジンから選択されることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
