PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid carrier device capable of carrying steam with clean air and improving a steam carrying distance.SOLUTION: A fluid carrier device of the present invention includes: a steam generator a steam duct 15 feeding the steam generated by the steam generator to outside a steam discharge portion 151 provided in the steam duct 15 to discharge the steam to the outside a blower (blower fan 17) a blower duct 16 feeding the air to the outside from the blower a diffuser 161 blowing an air flow to the outside from the blower duct 16 and an electric field generator (electric discharge/electric field generator 2) including a first electrode (discharge electrode 21) and a second electrode (counter electrode 22) facing each other via a space through which the air flows toward the diffuser 161, and generating an electric field between the first electrode and the second electrode.
