PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transfer device which is improved in a transfer distance of steam.SOLUTION: A fluid transfer device comprises: a heater 8 for generating steam a steam duct 10 being a passage for sending the steam generated by the heater 8 to the outside a nozzle 11 arranged at the steam duct 10, and discharging the steam to the outside a blow-out blowing fan 13 for generating a flow of air a blowing duct 14 arranged independently of the steam duct 10, and being a passage for sending air from a blowing part to the outside and a blow-out port 15 which is formed wide in an opening width than an opening of the nozzle 11, and discharges air from the blowing duct 14 to the outside.
