According to the present invention, an agricultural and marine product drying apparatus includes: a hot air blowing unit which includes a heating means for heating air and a compressing means for generating an air pressure； a drying unit mounting a large amount of the agricultural and marine products； first to third duct units which partition a space through partitions installed in the drying unit to install the hot air blowing unit on the upper part and guide the heated air provided from the hot air blowing unit back to a hot air blowing unit through the drying unit in a circulating and repeated manner； and shelf units laminated in the drying unit in a multi-layer manner. Multiple nozzles are installed on the first and second duct units in a facing manner to spray the heated air to the drying unit through nozzles installed on the first duct unit at an increased pressure. The nozzles installed on the second duct draw in the heated air from the drying unit and guide the heated air to the first duct unit through the third duct unit to circulate the heated air to the drying unit in a horizontal direction.본 발명의 농수산물 건조장치는 공기를 가열하는 히팅수단과 공기압을 발생시키는 압력수단으로 이루어진 열풍부； 농수산물을 대량 거치하는 건조부； 상기 건조부 내부에 설치된 격벽을 통해 공간을 구획하여 상기 열풍부를 상부에 설치하고 열풍부로부터 제공되는 가열공기가 건조부를 거쳐 열풍부로 반복 순환되도록 안내하는 제1덕트부와 제2덕트부 및 제3덕트부와； 상기 건조부 내부에 복층으로 적층되는 선반부；로 구성하되, 상기 제1덕트부와 제2덕트부에 복수의 노즐을 상호 대향되게 설치하여 상기 제1덕트부에 설치한 노즐을 통해 가열공기의 압력을 증가시켜 건조부로 분사하고, 상기 제2덕트부에 설치한 노즐이 건조부의 가열공기를 흡입한 다음 상기 제3덕트부를 거쳐 제1덕트부로 가열공기를 안내하여 상기 가열공기가 건조부를 횡방향으로 순환된다.
