The present invention relates to a vinyl sheet fixation device and a method for manufacturing a vinyl sheet. According to the present invention, the vinyl sheet fixation device covers an upper portion of a ridge of a field with a vinyl sheet for covering, places a fixation string, provided in a certain length, on an upper side of the vinyl sheet, enables the fixation string to penetrate the vinyl sheet and to be inserted into a certain depth of the ridge of the field by pressing the fixation string with a fixation tool which is vertically and repeatedly moved by power, and thus can finish a covering process by fixating the vinyl sheet to the ridge of the field as the fixation string can stably fixate and support the whole edges on both sides of the vinyl sheet. When the vinyl sheet is removed after cultivation of crops, the vinyl sheet fixation device extracts the fixation string, having been inserted in the ride of the field, by pulling the fixation string and thus can remove the vinyl sheet having been fixated and supported by the fixation string. The vinyl sheet fixation device enables the collected string to be wound around a roll and to be reused. Accordingly, the vinyl sheet fixation device can increase economic efficiency, productivity, and economic feasibility for cultivation of crops at the same time. Soil to be obtained to fixate the vinyl sheet is not needed so the ridge of the field can be formed to be narrow.
