The retaining component (102) is formed as a flexible adhesive patch. The retaining component (102) further comprises a body region (1022), an anterior end (1028), a posterior end (1030). The body region (1022) is positioned along a perineum of the person. The body region (1022) further comprises an orifice (106) which encloses an anal opening of the person.
