A Suturing device comprises a tubular or semi-tubular body (2) provided with a longitudinal cavity (3) extending along a main direction (A), at least a member (4') slidably inserted in said cavity (3) and a surgical thread (6') slidably inserted in said cavity (3) and connected to said member (4'). Said member (4') comprises at least one pair of bodies (7', 8') connected together by means of a junction element (9'), wherein the surgical thread (6') is fixed to a middle portion of said junction element (9').
