The present invention relates to a suturing device wherein a first and a second skin adhesive tape are arranged at a predetermined interval and in parallel to have a boundary portion (i.e., a suture region) of a gaping wound region of skin placed therebetween, in a state of attaching the tapes to the wound region, first suture strips fixed to the first skin adhesive tape and serrated engaging portions of second suture strips are engaged to first locking devices fixed to the second skin adhesive tape and groove portions of second locking devices, thereafter, the first and the second suture strip are pulled from the first skin adhesive tape to the second skin adhesive tape to make a horizontal movement and thereby a gaping would region is sutured. The present invention enables an easy and rapid suturing of a gaping would region of skin by pulling the first and the second suture strip from the first skin adhesive tape to the second adhesive tape to make a horizontal movement and thereby, it is possible to prevent infection and to treat a wound without a scar.본 발명은 봉합장치에 관한 것으로, 피부가 벌어진 상처부위의 벌어진 경계부분, 즉 봉합부분을 사이에 두고 제1 피부접착테이프와 제2 피부접착테이프를 정해진 간격을 두고 나란하게 배치하여 상기 상처부위에 부착한 상태에서 상기 제1 피부접착테이프 위에 고정된 제1 봉합띠들과 제2 봉합띠들의 톱니 모양 걸림부를 제2 피부접착테이프 위에 고정된 제1 잠금장치들과 제2 잠금장치들의 대응하는 요홈부에 걸어 놓은 다음 상기 제1 봉합띠와 상기 제2 봉합띠를 상기 제1 피부접착테이프 쪽에서 상기 제2 피부접착테이프를 향하여 수평 이동하도록 잡아 당겨서 피부가 벌어진 상처부위를 봉합한다.본 발명은 상기 제1 봉합띠와 상기 제2 봉합띠를 상기 제1 피부접착테이프 쪽에서 상기 제2 피부접착테이프를 향하여 수평 이동하도록 잡아 당기는 간단한 시술에 의해 피부가 벌어진 상처부위를 편리하고 빠르게 봉합하여 감염을 방지하고 흉터 없이 치료할 수 있다.
