PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a dry seafood suppressed in browning when stored and capable of being stored for a long term.SOLUTION: The shellfish raw material meat of squid, octopus or the like is subjected to a heat treatment, and is then sliced and then water-washed.
