PURPOSE: A drying storage apparatus for agricultural and marine products is provided to use an agricultural and marine products storage room as a drying room or a refrigerator(freezer) with a freezing device or a drying device selectively. CONSTITUTION: In an agricultural and marine product drying storage device(1) includes an agricultural and marine product storage room(2), a fresh air inlet(3) and a waste air outlet(4). On the fresh air inlet and the waste air outlet include a drying device(10) and a freezing device(20). The drying device supplies preheated fresh air to the agricultural and marine product storage room by heating the air with a heating device(15). The freezing device cools a coolant and cools fresh air supplied by a cooled coolant.본 발명에 따른 농수산물 건조장치는, 농수산물이 저장되는 농축산물저장실에는 신선한 공기가 도입하는 신선공기도입구와 오염된 폐공기를 외부로 배출시키는 폐공기배출구를 각각 형성하고, 신선공기도입구와 폐공기배출구와의 사이에는 건조기능장치를 설치하고, 건조기능장치와 함께 냉동기능장치를 선택적으로 설치하여 상기 농축산물저장실을 건조실 또는 냉장실(냉동실) 겸용 건조실(건조실 겸용 냉동실)로 사용할 수 있도록 된 것로, 농수산물의 특성과 계절의 건조 등에 따라 건조기능장치 또는 냉동기능장치를 가동시켜 상기 농축산물저장실에 저장되는 농축산물을 건조시키거나 또는 냉동하여 보관할 수 있도록 된 것이다.본 발명은, 농수산물저장실에서 외부로 배출되는 실내공기에 의해 신선공기(외기)를 예열시켜 줌으로써 소정의 온도까지 가열시키기 위한 히팅장치의 가동시간을 단축시키고, 히팅장치의 가동시간을 단축시켜 줌으로써 히팅장치의 가동비용(건조비용)을 절감할 수 있다.본 발명은, 농수산물저장실에서 외부로 배출되는 실내공기(냉기)에 의해 도입되는 공기(외기)를 예냉시켜 줌으로써 소정의 온도까지 냉각시키기 위한 응축기의 가동시간을 단축시키고, 응축기의 가동시간을 단축시켜 줌으로써 응축기의 가동비용 즉, 냉동(냉장)저장비용을 절감할 수 있다.
