This invention provides the oleo gel composition comprising essential combination of synergistically acting phyto-active materials, non-psychotropic phytocannabinoids from the plant of Cannabis sativa: Cannabidiol (CBD), Cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), Cannabivarin (CBV) and Cannabigerol (CBG) in combination with extract of Olive europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Mentha arvensis leaf oil, and Silica colloidal anhydrous ensuring the delivery of cannabinoids to the deep tissues in order to reduce pain and inflammation of skeletal muscles and joints caused by trauma or/and induced by arthritis/osteoarthritis (OA).
