The present invention provides a method of preparing an extract liquid of plant and a composition solution thereof. The invented preparation method comprises slicing various raw material of plant into sheets, loading the sheets into a main distillation pot of a stove, burning wood underneath the stove while setting a temperature of fractional distillation, and using water as solvent for performing distillation. After elapsing of vapor reaction time of raw material of plant, the distillate is cooled off and subject to an oil-and-water separation process for producing an extract liquid of various plants. The present invention also provides an extract liquid of various plants for the preparation of a composition solution consisted of 70% to 90% of log and 30% to 10% of stems, leaves and buds of flower and fruit.
