PURPOSE: A method for producing a porous bioceramic body and the porous body manufactured thereby are provided to have high strength in a vertical direction and to improve the connection between pores.CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a porous bioceramic body comprises a first step of forming a basic structure by extending a pore in one direction by heat-treating a sponge, a second step of manufacturing slurry for reinforcing a frame including an inner frame reinforcing material, a dispersing agent, and a binder, a third step of forming a frame reinforced sponge by coating the sponge with the slurry for reinforcing a frame and drying the slurry, a fourth step of manufacturing ceramic slurry using bioceramic powder, a dispersing agent, and a freezing medium, a fifth step of forming a porous ceramic green body by filling the frame reinforced sponge with the ceramic slurry, cooling the slurry to the freezing point of the freezing medium or less, and freeze-drying the slurry, and a sixth step of heat-treating the porous ceramic green body.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Frame forming step (BB) Slurry preparation step (CC) Inner frame reinforcing step (DD) Slurry preparation step 2 (EE) Freezing molding step (FF) Heat-treatment step본 발명은 우선 배향성 기공구조를 갖는 생체세라믹 다공체의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 다공체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 3차원적으로 균일한 기공구조를 갖는 스폰지를 열처리하여 한 방향으로 늘리고, 이의 표면을 내부 골격 보강용 슬러리로 코팅한 후, 한 방향으로 늘어난 기공 속에 생체세라믹 슬러리를 채우고, 고온에서 열처리하여 스폰지를 제거하고, 생체세라믹을 치밀화하여, 기존의 소재에 비해 월등히 향상된 기계적 물성을 갖는 다공성 생체세라믹 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 다공체에 관한 것이다.
