PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable juice-fruit juice mixed beverage suppressed in grassy smell of vegetable to be improved in easiness to drink and also having a highly rich feeling of the vegetable, and to provide a method for producing the beverage.SOLUTION: The vegetable juice-fruit juice mixed beverage contains a vegetable juice, fruit juice and vegetable sterol as a constituent insoluble in water, and contains at least β-sitosterol and campesterol.
