PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in acknowledgment of foams of unique colors generated from beer-tasting beverages to which pigments (e.g., caramel pigment, etc.) have been added (yellow or ocher in the case of the caramel pigment) in contrast with white foams generated from ordinary beers, a beer-tasting beverage yielding, despite the addition thereto of a pigment (e.g., caramel pigment, etc.), white foams.SOLUTION: Foams of a beer-tasting beverage are whitened by including saponin within a caramel pigment-containing beer-tasting beverage. The saponin content and dye content of the non-alcoholic beer-tasting beverage are respectively 1-50 mg/L and 10-20000 mg/L.【課題】カラメル色素等の色素を添加したビールテイスト飲料の泡は独特の色(カラメル色素であれば黄色~黄土色)である。通常のビールは白い泡を生じるため、カラメル色素等の色素を添加したビールテイスト飲料の泡を白色にする方法の提供。【解決手段】カラメル色素を含有するビールテイスト飲料にサポニンを含有させることによるビールテイスト飲料の泡の白色化。サポニンの含有量が1~50mg/l、色素の含有量が10~20000mg/l、のノンアルコールビールテイスト飲料。【選択図】なし
