PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antivirus fiber using a platinum shielding technique, more specifically a platinum fixing technique.SOLUTION: An antivirus fiber uses a platinum fixing technique and is formed by immersing a fiber in an aqueous solution of platinum nano-colloid in which platinum particles are dispersed and drying to fix the platinum particles of the platinum nano-colloid onto the fiber to be treated in order to increase at least one of antiviral properties against an influenza virus or a norovirus, a virus inactivation effect against a foot-and-mouth disease virus, disinfecting properties against enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157 and/or enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O111 and fungicidal properties against Trichophyton.【課題】本発明はプラチナシールド技術、更にはプラチナ固定化技術を用いた抗ウイルス繊維を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、プラチナ固定化技術を用いた抗ウイルス繊維であって、白金粒子が分散したプラチナナノコロイドの水溶液に浸し、乾燥させることで、被処理物の表面に上記プラチナナノコロイドの上記白金粒子を定着させ、インフルエンザウイルス或いはノロウイルスに対する抗ウイルス性、口蹄疫ウイルスに対するウイルス不活性化効果、腸管出血性大腸菌O157及び／又は腸管出血性大腸菌O111に対する殺菌性、白癬菌に対する防かび性の少なくともいずれかを高めたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
