PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an astigmatic axis measurement instrument and ophthalmic apparatus which highly accurately measures an astigmatic axis even during a surgery or an observation by suppressing change in the direction of a visual axis.SOLUTION: The astigmatic axis measurement instrument is attached to the ophthalmic apparatus thereby to measure the astigmatic axis of the eye of a patient. A projection means includes a holding part, which holds multiple first light sources arranged approximately circularly, and is arranged so as to project a bright spot image by the first light sources onto the cornea of the eye of the patient. A fixation mark presentation means is arranged so as to present a fixation mark with respect to the eye of the patient.
