PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which makes the appropriate working distance between imaging means for measuring a subject eye and the subject eye match the working distance at which cornea reflection images of indices projected onto the subject eye are brought into focus.SOLUTION: A fundus camera comprises: an imaging unit 78 for imaging a subject eye E index projection means L01, L02 for projecting plural indices which are used for matching the working distances of the subject eye E and the imaging unit and control means which calculates the amount of first movement to a position at which the imaging unit 78 focuses on the subject eye E, from a relative distance of reflection images of focused plural indices, and which calculates the amount of second movement to a position at which the cornea reflection images of plural indices are brought into focus, moves the imaging unit 78 by the amount of first movement, and moves the index projection means L01, L02 by the amount of second movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼を測定する撮像手段と被検眼との適切な作動距離と、被検眼に投影した指標の角膜反射像が合焦する作動距離とを一致させる眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼底カメラは、被検眼Eを撮像する撮像部78と、被検眼Eと撮像部との作動距離合わせに用いる複数の指標を被検眼Eに投影する指標投影手段L01,L02と合焦した複数の指標の反射像の相対距離から、撮像部78が被検眼Eに合焦する位置までの第1の移動量を算出するとともに複数の指標の角膜反射像が合焦する位置までの第2の移動量を算出し、撮像部78を第1の移動量を移動させ、指標投影手段L01,L02を第2の移動量を移動させる制御手段と、を有する。【選択図】図2
