PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a functional food is provided to be substituted for a meal, to realize a dietary treatment, to be used for promoting a metabolism, and to supply a nutrition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method contains: a step for washing a raw material containing a silk amino acid, peptide element by using a purified water for eliminating an impurity and for selecting the raw material with an excellent quality; hot air drying the selected agricultural and marine raw product for eliminating moisture; eliminating the moisture by using a rapid freeze drying method at -40°C for minimizing destruction of vitamin; powdering the freeze dried raw material into 150-180 mesh by using a crusher; and mixing the powdered raw material for being suitable to a standard for agitating by using an agitator. Therefore, the silk fresh provision including the silk amino acid, peptide element can be used for the substitution for the meal and can be used for preventing a fatness caused by overeating.
