According to the present invention, an apparatus for manufacturing a surgical guide for guiding a cutting line formed so as to enclose the tumor of an organ comprises: an organ modeling part for modeling a three-dimensional image for the organ on the basis of a patient image captured by an external imaging device； a cutting line determination part for determining, in the three-dimensional image of the organ, the cutting line and an approach angle of a surgical instrument to the cutting line so as to correspond to the location of the tumor； and a guide manufacturing part for manufacturing, on the basis of the three-dimensional image of the organ, the surgical guide for guiding the surgical instrument toward the cutting line such that the surgical instrument is inclined in correspondence to the approach angle. According to the present invention, the surgical guide can minimize damage of normal tissues in a process of cutting the inner side of the organ, and can perform an incision operation by a method of bringing the surgical instrument into contact with a guide wall and sliding the same, thereby enabling a safer and easier operation.Selon la présente invention, un appareil de fabrication d'un guide chirurgical pour guider une ligne de coupe formée de façon à entourer la tumeur d'un organe comprend : une partie de modélisation d'organe pour modéliser une image tridimensionnelle pour l'organe sur la base d'une image de patient capturée par un dispositif d'imagerie externe； une partie de détermination de ligne de coupe pour déterminer, dans l'image tridimensionnelle de l'organe, la ligne de coupe et un angle d'approche d'un instrument chirurgical par rapport à la ligne de coupe de façon à correspondre à l'emplacement de la tumeur； et une partie de fabrication de guide pour la fabrication, sur la base de l'image tridimensionnelle de l'organe, du guide chirurgical pour guider l'instrument chirurgical vers la ligne de coupe de telle sorte que l'instrument chirurgical soit
