According to the surgical guide of the present invention, the surgical instrument can be guided to the position of the cutting line of the organ and the cutting angle and cutting depth of the surgical instrument moved to an inside portion of the organ can be guided, and thus damage to normal tissues can be minimized during incision of the inside portion of the organ.
