<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release an objective region of an unstiffening motion from tension and relax it, and to realize the effective unstiffening motion with a massage machine. <；P>；SOLUTION: The massage machine 1 comprises a swing part 2 for applying a transitive swing movement to the objective region of a treatment to relax a joint and/or muscle of the objective region of a human body, a swing generation part 3 for generating the swing movement of the swing part 2, and a posture keeping means for keeping a person's posture to be treated so as to relax the objective region prior to the unstiffening motion by the swing part 2. The massage machine 1 is chair-shaped and its back rest 11 is equipped with the massage mechanism for an upper body massaging of the person to be treated.
