PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of performing excellent massage without disturbing the motions of treatment elements by sufficiently securing the extension/contraction quantity of a pad member.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes: a massage part 6 for massaging a treated region； and a pad member 28 arranged between the treated region and the massage part 6 so as to support the treated region. The pad member 28 includes an extraction/contraction part 58 for assisting extension/contraction in a body height direction. Specifically, the machine includes: a seat part 3 where a treated person is seated； and a backrest part 2 arranged in the rear part of the seat part 3 to allow the treated person to lean against. The massage part 6 massages at least the back of the treated person.
