PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supporting medicine taking instruction to a patient by a pharmacist, in one embodiment, capable of smoothly generating confidential relationship between a patient and a pharmacist.SOLUTION: A support device sends self-introduction information for displaying a self-introduction screen 400 to a portable terminal 100 which is presented to a patient (corresponding to S701), then the support device sends medicine information for displaying a list 500 of medicines prescribed to the portable terminal 100 (corresponding to S702). Then, according to that, a display element 501 related to a name of any medicine or related to each medicine, is selected (corresponding to S703), the support device sends detail information about the selected medicine.
