PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal washing device which allows a user to make the most of a time in which a user waits until radiation of an ultraviolet is finished, in an ultraviolet sterilization device for making a portable terminal such as a portable phone, a smart phone, and a tablet clean.SOLUTION: There is provided a portable terminal washing device 0101 for displaying a content such as an advertisement, for allowing a user to make the most of a time in which a user waits until washing of a portable terminal 0106 is finished. The portable terminal washing device 0101 comprises: a portable terminal storage space 0103 for storing the portable terminal 0106 an ultraviolet radiation part 0104 for radiating an ultraviolet to the portable terminal storage space 0103 for a prescribed period and a content display part 0102 for displaying a content during radiation of the ultraviolet.
