En donde dicho anticuerpo comprende: a) un dominio variable de cadena pesada VH de SEQ ID NO: 23 y un dominio variable de cadena ligera VL de SEQ ID NO: 24, o b) un dominio variable de cadena pesada VH de SEQ ID NO: 31 y un dominio variable de cadena ligera VL de SEQ ID NO: 32, c) un dominio variable de cadena pesada VH de SEQ ID NO: 39 y un dominio variable de cadena ligera VL de SEQ ID NO: 40, o d) un dominio variable de cadena pesada VH de SEQ ID NO: 47 y un dominio variable de cadena ligera VL de SEQ ID NO: 48, o e) un dominio variable de cadena pesada VH de SEQ ID NO: 55 y un dominio variable de cadena ligera VL de SEQ ID NO: 56. Tambien se refiere a una terapia combinada de anticuerpos que se unen a CSF-1R humano con anticuerpos que se unen a CD20 humano.
