PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary sheet for a diaper which eliminates unpleasantness after excretion by avoiding contact of urine and a loose stool after the excretion with a body as much as possible.SOLUTION: An absorbent product is worn at least from a crotch region to an anal region of a wearer and includes a waterproof sheet for preventing the passage of an excretion of the wearer, an absorber 19 arranged on a side closer to the wearer with respect to the waterproof sheet for absorbing and holding the excretion, and a sheet body 20 which is arranged on a side closest to the wearer and has liquid-permeability. The sheet body 20 has passage means 25 for making at least a loose stool of the excretion pass to a side of the absorber 19 and an elastic member 28 which is connected in an expanded state and is arranged in a central part in a lateral direction X of the wearer in a front-back direction Y of the wearer when the absorbent product is worn.
