The present invention relates to an automatic fastening device which is applied to a spine orthosis. More specifically, the present invention relates to a spine orthosis with an automatic fastening device which can be easily fastened to and released from a user who has difficulty moving around. According the automatic fastening device, the spine orthosis worn on the waist of the user in the form of a band to support the spine comprises: a bar-shaped insertion unit which is formed on one end portion of the spine orthosis； and an accommodation unit which is formed on the other end portion of the spine orthosis, is formed in an opened hexahedral shape with opened end portion and one side, accommodates the insertion unit through the opened end portion thereof, can release the insertion unit through the opened one side thereof, and has the inner surface brought into contact with the end portion of the insertion unit. According to the present invention, the automatic fastening device has an effect of facilitating the fastening of the spine orthosis and further facilitating tightening of the spine orthosis.
