PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors for an endoscope, the scissors being capable of accurately cutting a targeted biological tissue without slippage of a scissor piece and allowing a low invasive procedure that does not cut the biological tissue to an excessive depth extending to, for example, a muscular coat.SOLUTION: Scissors 100 for an endoscope are configured to be inserted in a forceps hole of the endoscope to cut a biological tissue. The scissors includes one pair of scissor pieces 12, 22 overlapping each other and pivotally supported in an openable manner with a rotation shaft 29 extending in an overlapping direction, and an operation wire 30. The scissor pieces 12, 22 have cutting edges 13, 23 to grip and cut a biological tissue, respectively. At least one of the scissor pieces 12, 22 is provided with a pawl 14 formed at a tip thereof so as to protrude from the cutting edge 13 toward a closing direction for griping the biological tissue. The cutting edges 13, 23 of the scissor pieces 12, 22 is provided with recesses 15, 25 partially formed so as to penetrate in a thickness direction. The cutting edges 13, 23 excluding the pawl 14 and the recesses 15, 25 are formed in a straight linear shape elongating from a distal to a proximal end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】鋏片が滑ることなく目的の生体組織を正確に切開することが可能であって、たとえば筋層に至るような過度な深さで切開することなく低侵襲な手技が可能な内視鏡用鋏を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡の鉗子孔に挿入して用いられて生体組織を切開する内視鏡用鋏１００であり、互いに対向して重ね合わされ重ね方向に延在する回動軸２９により開閉可能に軸支された一対の鋏片１２、２２と操作ワイヤ３０とを備えている。一対の鋏片１２、２２は、生体組織を把持して切開する刃部１３、２３をそれぞれ有している。一対の鋏片１２、２２の少なくとも一方の先端部には、生体組織を把持する爪部１４が、刃部１３よりも閉じ方向に突出して形成されている。鋏片１２、２２の刃部１３、２３には厚み方向に貫通する凹部１５、２５が局所的に形成され、爪部１４および凹部１５、２５を除く刃部１３、２３は、先基端方向に延在する平坦な線状に形成されている。【選択図】図３
