PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper for processing dirt of elderly (including bedridden person) and baby, easily, safely, and cleanly.SOLUTION: A discharge pocket 7 whose dimension is almost 15 centimeter in a vertical direction (a cross direction when a wearer wears a diaper), almost 12 centimeter in a lateral direction (a lateral direction when the wearer wears the diaper), and almost several centimeter in depth, is provided on the surrounding of an anus on a diaper body, and one absorption sheet 3 which can be flashed in a toilet, is disposed so as to close an opening of the discharge pocket 7. The single absorption sheet 3 capable of being flashed in a toilet is an almost rectangular shape, in which the sheet is divided into three equal parts in a longitudinal direction, a central area is an evacuation temporary reception part, and both side areas are a salient side sheet face 11a and a recess side sheet face 11b, and temporary adhesive parts 4a, 4b are adhered so that the absorption sheet can be easily released by being folded, in which boundary lines between the evacuation temporary reception part and the salient side sheet face 11a and the recess side sheet face 11b are a ridge-folding line 5 and a valley-folding line 6 respectively, and a urine leakage prevention gather 2 is provided.
